    Offering Support......

    "Support" can be defined many different ways.  One definition that we hope best describes what we offer at the Family Support & Resource Center is "...to provide active help and/or encouragement, to provide assistance or comfort to someone..."


    There are many different ways to offer support:

    *  a listening ear and word of encouragement

    *  a referral to a person, resource or agency that turns out to be the next best step for a

    particular situation

    *  even a book or video that speaks directly to a specific disability or issue
