    Custody considerations:

If divorced, please supply the court papers signed by a judge, showing that you have primary physical custody. If you have joint physical custody, we will need a letter from the other parent stating that he/she agrees that the student will attend Talbot County Public Schools. If the parents have never been married, both parents must have signed and notarized letters stating that it is their wish that the student attends Talbot County Public Schools. If the enrolling parent is unable to contact the other parent, he/she must write a letter for the file stating they are unable to do so.
