January is School Board Appreciation Month! We are grateful to our TCPS Board of Education for their leadership, their support of our staff, and their commitment to ensuring that every student is prepared to succeed in college, career and life!

Dear TCPS families -
Is there a teacher or member of the TCPS support staff who is truly outstanding, has made a significant impact on your family or your school, and/or goes above and beyond in their commitment as a professional? The Teacher of the Year and Support Staff of the Year programs are a fantastic way to recognize educators who exemplify excellence. Any individual within the school system or any member of the community may nominate a candidate. Nominations for both Teacher of the Year and Support Staff of the Year are due by January 16, 2026.
Fill out the forms below, or click the link for details and eligibility information. Thanks, and have a fantastic 2026!

Students in grades K-5 have been hard at work preparing for our Winter Concert where they will be performing John Jacob’s musical “Star Bucks”. The CDES Winter Concert is TONIGHT, December 9th at 6:00pm at the Easton High School Auditorium. Students should report no earlier than 5:30pm when the doors open. Students should wear their holiday best.
When you arrive, please take your students’ belongings to your seats. Students should find their classroom teacher and will sit with them. Please encourage your child to use the bathroom before handing them off to their teacher. K-2 students and the “Star Bucks” cast will be starting on stage, grades 3-5 students will be sitting in the audience with their class until it is their time to perform.
At the end of the performance to ensure safety, 3-5 students will be dismissed in front of the stage to a parent (released by teacher), while K-2 will remain in their seats until a parent signs them up (please confirm with teacher).
Looking forward to this night of festive fun and a special thank you to Mrs. Mandy Leffler for all her hard work in getting our students ready!

For those parents who may not be familiar with our Penguin Patch, students shop for holiday gifts for family members. Penguin Patch teaches them about budgeting, problem solving, and independence. Teachers will send home an envelope with information about the day your child will be shopping. Most Penguin Patch items are inexpensive for children to shop. Parents may send money in the envelope provided on the day your child shops.
