Chapel Families-
We are excited for our Field Day this Thursday, May 14th at Easton High School! We are continuing to monitor the weather, but at this time, it looks like the rain will clear out for Thursday morning. A reminder that ALL visitors will need to present a valid ID at the check-in table, located at the lower level of the EHS stadium (corner of Mecklenburg Ave & Bridge Street). Visitors without an ID, will NOT be permitted to enter. Please use the parking passes sent home on the Field Day flyer to park on the street. All K-5 students will arrive by bus at 9:20 a.m. Please see the attached schedule for your child's grade level. Parents/guardians may sign their child out after Field Day festivities. Looking forward to a great day!

The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum will present The Apprenticeship That Saved My Life: An Evening with Cory McCray on Thursday, April 30, at 5:30 p.m.
Cory V. McCray’s debut book, “The Apprenticeship That Saved My Life,” illuminates how mentorship, skilled trades, and second chances create powerful pathways to success for individuals and communities. Drawing on his journey from growing up in Baltimore to becoming a journeyman electrician and State Senator, McCray offers a practical guide for students exploring apprenticeships and businesses seeking to invest in talent.
Join us on Thursday, April 30, at 5:30 pm in the Van Lennep Auditorium or virtually during National Apprenticeship Week for an in-depth conversation on building stronger foundations for the next generation of workers and leaders, followed by a book signing. This event is generously sponsored by the Upper Shore Regional Folklife Center.
