TCPS Families, please mark your calendars!
Talbot County will welcome nationally recognized author and workforce expert Mark Perna on April 13 and 14, for two community events designed to help parents and families better understand how to connect education to real opportunity and guide their children toward a successful future.
Hosted by the Talbot County Department of Economic Development and Tourism in partnership with Talbot County Public Schools, the free events will take place Monday, April 13, at Easton High School and Tuesday, April 14, at St. Michaels Middle High School from 5-7 p.m. Parents, families, and community members are invited to attend.
From 5–6 p.m., guests will experience an open house featuring the full range of programs and opportunities available to students. At 6 p.m., Mark will deliver a keynote that challenges assumptions and sparks new thinking about how we prepare the next generation.
